The advantage of making all of our clothing by hand and from start to finish is that we can create nearly anything you like. Please write an email to contact@bebeonline.wpengine.com and let us know which changes you would like to make. As orders can go in production quite quickly, it is important that you do this as soon as possible so we can apply the changes to the order before the fabric for your garments is cut.
This is a simple one: just log in onto your customer account and go to your previous orders. Click on the edit button next to the garment that you want to re-order and the options and fabric will load in the suit and shirt customiser. Now you can change any details in design and measurement as well or just put the garment in your shopping cart straight away.
Absolutely. We can do this either from measurements you provide of the existing garment, or by you sending the garment to us for copying. Take the option to send us a shirt in the measurements page for details

We are working on offering women clothing for new customers through our website but the process is much more complicated than offering clothing for men, due to the sheer number of variations of women cut and fit options and the far more complicated measurements required to ensure the perfect fit.
This is something easy to do in store but a lot more difficult when ordering on-line. There may be cases where we can do this depending on the garment and if you have been measured by us so do drop us a line at contact@bebeonline.wpengine.com to see if this is possible.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal for all countries. Drop us a line if you don’t have access to any of the above and we can see if we can take alternative methods of payment for your country.
Customers who visit us in person have the chance to get in the fitting room and make alterations to their clothes. This is a little harder online so we want to make sure we get the best fit possible.
On your first order for each type of clothing i.e. First suit or First shirt we will offer to pay a capped amount for alterations at a seamstress local to yourself. We offer up to $20 usd for the first shirt and up to $50 usd for a first suit.
We would ask you to make sure the seamstress records the alteration. For example, if the sleeve was shortened by 3cm then you will need to let us know and we will change the measurements we have on file to reflect this.
The best option to get the closest fit is to send us a shirt that fits you perfectly. We can then measure this shirt for you and use it as a template for the shirts we make for you.
Should there be a major problem with the fit of your suit or shirt that would involve ourselves doing the alterations then drop us a line at contact@bebeonline.wpengine.com where we can get photos of the issue and decide whether it needs returning to us to enable the garment to be remade or for us to alter it. We will decide the best course of action case by case but will do everything we possibly can to sort out any issues.
